Yes he did, it was all in the proposal. This is not the pink sheets, he can’t do the old bait and switch that you amateurs are used to seeing. It was a binding proposal that uneducated shareholders couldn’t stomach because they felt sad that he sold into the squeeze. They got tricked by the YouTube leaders and the Reddit folks who didn’t want a SS increase because it would’ve meant they were going to be selling their shares for lower value. Marks got marked and slaughtered
