Nope, HPNN can't issue a dividend. It is flat broke, with only $37 left in its coffers.
It also has Total Liabilities $4,894,668 and can no longer pay any of its obligations.

Plus the CEO is facing 5 serious felonies. He may face 10-15 years minimum in a California prison.

CEO is in panic-mode now, trying to get his affairs in order, especially since prison time will likely mean he will never see his kids grow up.
