Does Belize have an extradition treaty with the US? Belize is a corrupt regime favorable to those who wish to defraud. So many schemes like BLTA hatched in Belize but many of those were real estate frauds but it could serve some well. And English is the first language in Belize and many many Norte Americanos travel there making them ripe for picking.
