There are whales that can manipulate the price in increments for flipping. It's pretty easy to put up a 300k wall when it's only 2-3 cents. million volume days they can direct it in the desired direction to sell on ask or accumulate on bid. I know for a fact it's manipulated because I dicked with bid walls couple weeks ago and someone always one upped my bid with bigger amount .001 penny higher to wash mine out.
