Guess we will wait and see if the 14c is acted on. Doesn’t sound like snpw knows if it will be required/acted upon - if they knew for sure I think they would either cancel it or act upon it. Time will tell.

Further, suggesting the 14c is meaningless is suggesting that it isn’t a potential deterrent to the market. If meaningless then this would suggest if cancelled it would have no impact on market price - why would it if, as you suggest, it’s meaningless. I disagree with both aforementioned statements and I disagree the 14c is meaningless.
