To be fair, his proclamations have certainly been more definitive than "we're trying real hard." If the bottom does indeed fall out on this stock, I'd imagine many will be demanding proof that there ever was a financing deal, lithium deal, etc..

But at this point I have no good reason to believe that any of those claims aren't true. It's a terrible time for the market but there is enough DD here to justify a jump in SP next time the OTC goes on a run IMO.
