So this is good news, right?

It seems like Bowmo is a legit company, who has also been expanding their product through some big acquisitions in the US to grow their product offering. This is the first time that there has really been tangible business behind the names associated with CZNI.

Does anyone know what kind of timeline we could expect for the filing to be completed and merger deemed official?
