Here read the PRs from early in May, then read these (below), Bigger made over 2 million dollars on his first dump, when he sold half. I am guessing when he sold the second half, he made near the same and that’s not taking into account the money he made shorting the stock. The company I am sure was well aware of what he was going to do. I have also included another disclosure from another insider who dumped. Bigger basically got the notes for free, he paid for them screwing the shareholders over, with the help of the company.
