So with the stock warrants there is a motivation on the part of management to
get the share price up to a level where those warrants will be exercised. We
know what those price levels are and management has good reason to make
that happen before year end. Obviously, drilling results from the planned initial
4 wells will go a long way to hit management share price goals as well as to
bring onboard interest in what should be a joint venture partnership arrangement.

With oil prices now around $115 a barrel there is a huge treasure involved
for all parties involved, most especially, the governments of Namibia & Botswana.
Maybe my approach will be too simplistic, but the easy money here should be
from around $4 to around $16-$19. Unfortunately, any new news of a commercial
oil discovery will bring in the enviro-wackos. Sooner or later I think big-oil has
to acquire RECAF. (My guess would be they will want to do this before the
share price gets too heated.)
