Anyone got metrics on this guy? Burn rate, share structure, etc.. I see the ibox is EMPTY as HELL & I'm just going through the filings.

Anyone know this company well that cares to share?

So far the 8K seems to be announcing the hire of a CEO with significant Pharma background running a internet-web services marketing & promotions co.? Do I have that right at least? The 10K shows no cash/revenues & the SS appears to be growing past ~75mm. NOT that that's a huge number but... It's the dilution I'm a bit concerned about. Where's this business going? BESIDES the Solstice sunglasses acquisition?
