The technicals will FOLLOW the execution of the demo testing (not visa versa)-

(which suprisingly has encountered supply line issues affecting demo testing timelines)- even tho in my response from Jim Sims ~ 6-8 wks. ago, he said that while they hadn't gotten all the testing infrastructure h/w on site yet, it wasn't slowing down the testing..... and the testing was supposed to begin in April (latest we heard it was starting in late May)....... but in a more recent statement, we have learned that the delay in getting materials on-site to support the demo testing was in fact having an effect on this timeline..... ugh.... not sure which version of that is valid?? hope goal posts aren't in flux again......

But anyway, without the results of that testing.... this lil gem SP ain't moving in the northern direction, it doesnt take a stochastic analyst to figger that one out!
