How is Chassman out of the picture? This keeps being brought up, but can anyone point to documentation of this? As far as I can tell, she's free to dump shares *from her lastest notes* on May 31st, 2008. Considering the apparent plant completion pushback date of Q4/07, Chassman will be ready to dump just as they start mass distribution. No coincidence I'm sure. Additionally, doesn't she have shares from her older notes that she is free to sell without restriction other than standard filings?
