Read the terms of the 1.6 million so called non-refundable deposit. There’s no way they lose any money. Michael Bigger is going to get rich here, but he’s probably the only one. I suspect he made enough dumping his shares ( starting 2 days after announcing he bought them, like he was doing everyone a big favor and causing the the price to skyrocket), to basically acquire the notes free. Will be nice to see the terms in the expected 8K. I believe he and the SYSX management have worked together, to line his pockets, bail them out and f… the shareholders. SYSX also put out a PR touting Bigger’s stock purchase, knowing full well he was going to dump them and leave the little guys holding the bag. I’ve pointed this out to several of the big posters here on the board and they just laugh and say, it’s a flippers paradise and only fools marry the stock ( in other words only fools believe what’s being said by the company).
