Fact # 2 if you search under sun biz in Florida SOS you’ll clearly see Frank is the CEO of BitGift .
And as far as the CEO resigning two weeks prior to launch I don’t see anywhere that she or anybody else canceled any deals in South America can you provide us with any proof ? Please state facts not opinions .
