"Dr. Nieusma concluded that two previous tests conducted by a third-party laboratory were flawed in the calculations contained in the testing protocol resulting in the failure of the cytotoxicity tests. It is the conclusion of the latest third-party laboratory that the original testing procedures were significantly erroneous, leading to the failure of the tests."
