TAXABILITY......................?????..................not sure.................might NOT be taxed at all................worst case is LT-CG..............20%..........................

In 2022, individual filers won't pay any capital gains tax if their total taxable income is $41,675 or less. The rate jumps to 15 percent on capital gains, if their income is $41,676 to $459,750. Above that income level the rate climbs to 20 percent.- Apr 7, 2022

.....remember our original CPA advice on this was how is the entry on the brokerage statement "worded".............................tried to find some examples.......all of the non-taxable examples came from a court - - and we are out of BK.........????......if you compare to a regular corporation that is liquidated - - the corresponding stock, private or public, has to apply the IRS standard and is a LT-CG.....................

..............and, only in non-IRAs, of course.............................just bring it, we'll pay the 20%......................some, only 15%........................onward..................
