Dear Board of Directors,

I have been talking to a number of shareholders and we all seem to agree on this.
Failure to pay the dividend on time (once again) is simply not acceptable anymore to the shareholders.
As a result, we expect the person who is mainly responsible, Yong Li, to resign from office effective immediately, if the dividend is not paid on May 31 as planned.

I'm sure you can understand our reasoning.
The Board did not hesitate to fire Ms. Wu in 2016 after years of failure.
I expect the Board to keep that spirit alive.

Alternatively, you could kick Huirong Zhang out the door.
If you need to find a scapegoat.
As long as we can see some heads rolling, it should be fine.

And a final note.
You might want to start disclosing some of the hidden high value assets (Equity Art, plantations etc) stante pede....
Before we sue the crap out of each one of you.
