I’ve been noticing that they use the term “listed” in order to appeal to potential investors in China. They are(currently) misleading these potential investors and I think they could get themselves into hot water if they don’t complete the merge before much longer.

I’ll add that although this seems like a bad thing, it is actually good for us. It provides the company with some powerful motivation to overcome whatever obstacles they are facing in a timely manner or risk finding themselves on the bad side of China’s social credit rating system.
