They have 65M in cash, real vehicles, warrants that can be exercised for more cash.
They have a plant they purchased in Tunica MS, they recently hired experienced new talents to fill key positions, and they will be coming out with battery testing results to validate highest/one of the highest number of miles after charge on polymer batteries they will be using to power their vehicles.
Also they have less than 300M float and 325M market cap. Float is still low and market cap is low/lowest among EV carmakers. That is what you are missing.
