Hmm interesting isn’t it?

Like you I just don’t understand why George would even care or bother but these 3 things come to mind

1- somehow “they” ILUs management and Caren are interfering with GS dealing (sounds mobbish I know RIP Ray Liotta)

2- George has nothing much planned for Goff and and is being upstaged. The thought that someone can do it equally as good or as quick as he can is unbearable for him.

3- He has a massive merger planned that will put Any and all RM in OTC history to bed.

Like you said somehow there has to be a reason for it.
