No doubt! The point that this stalling as someone just mentioned is b.s.!
If you keep everything current, people that might help your situation could get money for study. This just show that there is some major issues in funding. In my opinion. Usually, a company tries to hold out for best terms. Well, that ship has sailed with credit market sending junk bonds ever higher. Plus, volume is less than half since S.E.C. washed out all the big money thugs! Which I think is awesome! However it takes real marketing and a low float, which we have to get bug money involved in OTC again. I seriously doubt that volume will ever get back to prior levels. So, must be awesome company. Our other issue is Biotech is super high risk always and not being current makes it even less of a take by investors. All in my opinion.
