It is very rare that LOI's are actually legally binding even when they use explicit langauge in the LOI that it is legally binding judges have determined that they are not often binding . If we really are waiting on Chong for this ticker it could take a long time for this to see any action as CE's could take a long time to clear, if ever on his other tickers. If he takes this over prior to being cleared who would really invest into this knowing all his other tickers have CE's.
