all the data for employee success? duh, maybe from 8x8 partner, salesforce? wags.......or, at least one source of it......history of what makes the customer tick/ticked off/upsell-buy.? wags.....
mapping of the transactional success is then part of the business process....wags. len's linkedin says sales process begins with plotting the salespersons success vs failures as part of their b process........hmm.....something you could put into the 8x8 info pops to all employee levels in additon to their contact center.....

synergy light is going wild...........data , mle'ed /marked up to be most helpful in the sales process flows like a browser request but is event driven to the employee at their admin'ed privs/level......wags...........

it's exactly what 8x8 is helping to bring to aws/google/ibm/msft/zoom/etc........ wags
the importance of this cannot be underestimated and sought out by vcsy/now solutions and/or their ip lawyers. wags.........protect the patents, now..in whatever fashion you can muster, don't be silent.......or , they'l say you never showed interest/concern of their use of it........so.............sc r e w you..lol.
