News - CFO resigned, NO FUNDING and CEO in DEFAULT again?.....from one of his most loyal followers....
CEO in a terrible panic, since he has a multiple-felony court date coming in just over 2 weeks and the judge is not likely to let him use the excuse that he forgot his glasses again.

he needs to pay me back the money he owes me. I have asked him many, many times and he has stalled the repayment many, many and the straw that broke the camel's back time.

I loaned him $35,000 which was due in March. He said it was to pay for music rights and he would launch soon after. He has repeatedly pushed the payment time back and promised he was closing a round of funding and would pay me. Which he did not.

Then apparently she filed a SEC complaint, like so many others have done, IMO.
