Well, HPNN owns no part of digitalage, so there is that.

They are two completely separate companies, per the CEO Peter Michaels' latest unaudited farce of a disclosure on OTC Markets.

And HPNN itself is basically insolvent, per their disclosure, has no revenue at all, and can't pay ANY of its obligations...

Investors should do DD on this scam HPNN before considering investing a single penny. The CEO is a 3-time convicted felon and career criminal, per court evidence.
