I DON'T know that ECSL will be lot higher than it is now. That's your statement .... not mine. I'm certain that you believe that ECSL will be higher than it is today.

IMO, alot depends on what is disclosed and how it is done. Given ECSL's track record, I don't expect much to change in what they offer as information to investors.

Why isn't ECSL getting bought up now ? Just days to closing (maybe ... LOL).
