ok so you just realized the otc is companies with not much cash? one way to get a loan is from a bank,other is issuing shares,or some other arrangements.that's what small co. do.struggle until generates positive cash flow. at the end .05 for company having legit cash flow and possibilities is laughable. pretty sure if dsg to be sold it will be wayyy higher than 05.
