F & L III Corp owns MONI... MONI owns BitGift... Frank Ottaviani owns both F & L III Corp and MONI through preferred shares that are 100% nondilutive to the common shares or the market. They are only own for voting rights so that he can maintain the controlling interest of the company. They cannot be converted into common shares for dilution.
