Yes that would propel pctl at a much faster pace. Selling/ preferably leasing with royalties…. of the oil&gas vertical ( to a big 1B is pocket change which will be re-payed through sub leasing/ royalties. The resulting $$$$ would rapidly advance agg development, health care development, hospitality development…. Each of which unlike oil will always be in demand.
