So, this morning I received an email from Ameritrade with the latest opportunity to vote from this Canadian company called HALO, a company with a new web page blinking the hilarious slogan: West Coast Loud: West Coast Proud.

But here's the reality:
If a person started with 1 million shares and went through the first 100 to 1 RS, this person was left with 10000 shares.

Today's vote, asking for a probable second 100 to 1 RS would leave this hypothetical shareholder with 100 shares.

From 1 million to 100 shares.

My reality is that I started with 10000 shares.

I will end up with 1 share.

This is the official nail which forever changes my opinion.
