I don't think anyone thinks hocl is ineffective and would agree it's one of the best, if not the best, disinfectant. Unfortunately that's irrelevant on the pctl board and to pct the company itself because they can't or won't execute for shit and will never do anything to take advantage. The other thing that sucks is no one gives a rats ass about their bs rfid tracking system. To make matters worse, a lot of hospitals don't want the added liability that comes with manufacturing the product on site.

That leads to the bs crystallized hocl that was revealed to be what most discerning investors already knew it was, which is total bullshit, per the usual with pctl.
