He’s saying that is they if they to uplist to the NASDAQ as they have stated in video interviews, they will need at least a $3 bid. One way to achieve that is a R/S, but I don’t see that since just 10k volume after one little announcement from the company could probably bring the bid up to there naturally. I don’t see any reason why they would R/S, it just doesn’t make sense for this kind of O/S, and I don’t think it’s fIr to speculate (lol) that they will with no good reason to. If anything I’d see them doing a F/S one the bid is back to mutai dollar, but I don’t even know if they will be advised to do that. Let wait to here what they announce first. I’d guess name and ticker change will come first, followed by official merger, and then News and uplisting to Nasdaq plane
