It's not only UK, there are many more countries. They allow clients only submit sell orders.

IB (Interacitve Brokers) etc. allows trading with CVSI but you can't transfer shares from your bank account to them, you have to sell your shares and buy it again. But retail doesn't use IB, and those who do don't buy CVSI due OTC and other rules.

It's like the perfect market manipulation scheme.
