The real estate industry is allowed to manipulate the housing/commercial market and the banks and cities profit going along for the ride. It's the home owner with the mortgage that is always the loser.
I'm still not getting that the principal has fought these lawsuits for 6 years and stays in a mansion and now will get another 2 years of dicking around by his lawyers and he does have a lawyer who's good at delay games. The principal may screw up his bk's but he's got someone working the lawsuit with the SEC. And they must be doing a good job. This never should have been allowed to go on for more than five years since he got out of prison. Wait, it's like over 7 years already. And the principal is likely the one orchestrating all the custo plays on n-t-gl. Why isn't he doing a custo for n-t-ek?
The house before covid was barely over 2.5m in foreclosure. So the re just tripled it in 6 months because they could. And the city gets more property tax and the bank gets higher interest returns and a couple of re houses get to split 1/4 million commission.
It's pure unbridled greed. And as fast a buck as they can make before too many see the abuse.
