Not looking to spin anything here! CEO & crew does a great job in that regard! I'm a shareholder and a lender to WNBD so I'm not sure of your point. What makes you believe that Mr. Pearlman isn't / wasn't a shareholder prior, during, or after the case? I happen to know of two other lenders who happen to be shareholders in WNBD and the same fraud was pulled on them.

It's a long pattern of deceit and deception by this CEO - I has caught up to him.
