Yes I heard from a few guys who been here for yrs after merger they will do a forward split.. Nasdaq stock has to be liquid... one hedge fund could buy current SS in one shot.. also remember ceo and board members control 80% of the stock A/S

We will see soon if it all happens per there filings...
