Hey 'Dusty' - It's not that complicated!

~ The Up-listing Strategy consists of Three Phases; . . .

1-) The 14C filing is "Phase One"!

2-) Phase Two; The Time line for Up-listing is based on Liquidity Events & Increased Revenue !

3-) Phase Three; The Application to NASDAQ or The NYSE !

I think we will start seeing a significant rise in "PPS" as we enter the Second Phase !
