Good question Bio......I can assume that it has to do with Hierarchy (how the end use will work and the people who will control it). In my experience this always ends in un checked boxes and nearly always creates an imbalance/stalls. In this case how and WHY each piece must come together must be the underlying piece. We must keep in mind this is a new idea (compliance is old, but the product itself has many unknowns - remember FDA approved and must align across the DEA so money laundering does not become an issue), and a new platform (not just a fintech platform, but being seen as a platform that covers multiple areas (physical cash, perhaps insurance - potentially cradle to grave oversight etc...). BLPG part in this is one of many, and as suggested from the start, HOW BLPG fits into this is obvious, but what the end state will become is based on the parts functioning as a whole and by law (must have authority and responsibility splits) to ensure safe guards.
