If anyone is surprised, it's me....filled out the Whistler Blower form as accurate as I could. One of the reasons I did find out why they have been so successful in being a parasite, is due to grandfathering in on certain declarations. In the 70's, SEC rules for the OTC was much more relaxed, and don't have to report certain aspects of their businesses. There is much I have found out in the last year. All too late of course. I can assure you this....something is rotten in Denmark......
