Well I have to say, after reading that 10k, I can see why this stock has taken such a hit.

"We have spent the last 5 years testing our syringes..."
I have seen cancer drugs move through 3 phases of FDA testing faster.

"We have never generated any revenue..."
When a company claims to be in business for 5 years, usually a little business is involved.

The CEO was recently replaced
$400K in fixed assets.

This sure seems like a box full of nothing. I'm out. GL
