It depends on the requirements to get the CE removed by OTC. Perhaps it is still there due to the lengthy gap in filing of financial disclosures and reports for Q4 of 2010 and the years of 2011 - 2018. When Bentley tried to bring things current on Sept. 26, 2021 he filed annual reports for 2019 and 2020, and through Q2 of 2021, and has subsequently filed the last 2 quarters of 2021. I do not definitively know the answer but does anyone else know whether removal of the CE will require also bringing the reports for Q4 of 2010, and the years 2011 - 2018 current also?
