So launch is postponed indefinitely? No money?

Now CEO Petey is trying to hype "attending" an event LATE next month to hype his non-working apps and closed Beta (not working).
I wonder if he will have plead guilty to those 5 serious felonies at his mandatory criminal court appearance a week earlier?
