I 100% own the risk to this and if it never turns to anything, then I’m not losing sleep. But your comment is 100% false. The reason many companies don’t get prosecuted is because of your mindset. They assume nothing can be done, so they do nothing. Filing multiple complaints to the SEC with tangible allegations of illegal action will get them investigated and the SEC has prosecuted plenty of otc scams for illegal actions.
