Dillution is for sure. I was taken back by the increase to AS, however with cancellation of 10k maybe they figured this would be a better alternative to fund raise. I'm also assuming to raise funds for additional debt repayments. Just waiting patiently, it's certainly not a market we expierenced 2016-2020.
