Why would a 100 million company use a Sharp hijacked shell to go public.

In the real business world Sharp doesn't have any real credibility - Sharp is only idolized by novice OTC investors that haven't done any research on him.

Sharp has never been a "crusader" for shareholders it has always been about self enrichment. Sharp would lift real DD from the Fraud and DD Board on obvious scams and use the lifted research to write a Pro Se' complaint and the company would pay him between $35k and $50k to go away. And it harmed shareholders but that is exactly how Sharp made a few Shekels.

GOFF will leave many bagholders - a empty shell where the price is $0.55 means Sharp has another group wanting to donate him money - just send him a check.
