"With all the deals that Leo is working on..." The first error is that you assume Ehrlich is actually working. He does take a massive salary but how do you know what he has been doing? And he has been yapping about discussions , licensing agreements, the significance of his now depleted pipeline for over 10 years and here we at .02 a share.

Second, what "deals" do you know of that Leo Lazarus is working on. He "may" be working on something or, as usual, he may have been doing nothing. Communication-wise, he's been dead for almost three months.

Third, if he is working on a deal, given his negotiation skills and the questionable pipeline value, realistically, he might be trying sell the shell for a few pennies or merge with an equally useless private company to give the appearance of something good getting accomplished.

At this point, we just have to wait to see if Leo Lazarus rises from the dead and if he does, whether the wait was worth it.
