$700K JUST accounts payable aka BILLS DUE RIGHT THE HELL NOW in 30 to 60 days MAX = BK !!
$1.7 MILLION in convertible debt = DILUTION MACHINE and they need MORE GUTTER NOTES OR THEY FILE BK inside of 60 days or less !!
They are under FORMAL SEC INVESTIGATION aka TRUE BILL style with subpoena power by the FEDS etc !
Their own auditor RECENTLY QUIT - and cited some sort of scammary "accounting issues" with a RUSSIA BASED "company" of which the CEO SAID NOTHING on the bullshit "call" = they have mucho big problems !
They have ALMOST NO SALES - no one is buying their bullshit and WHERE DID TONY HAWK and their "BIG DEALS IN MEXICO" and "WE HAVE A NEW CELEB ENDORSEMENT DEAL" and 20 other MASSIVE LIES they told during the Spring 2021 P&D PUMP and DUMP WTF ?????
They have LITTLE TO NO CASH - the idea this SCAM is going to "Do FDA trials" or "Sell big into major retailers" = a BIG OLE CON JOB as they can't even FUND THEIR RENT for office space for more than a month let alone legal fees and insurance and just bullshit overhead etc.
Their sales are ON THE MASSIVE DECLINE - they bank less coin than a 2-bit E-bay seller dude operating out of a damn GARAGE AT HOME and thems the stone cold FACTS !!
