Common denominator and it’s not shareholders. Guess the CEO should have cancelled all those subjectively valued and issued preferred instead of retaining and converting them to commons, blowing up the OS and market cap. Poor guy can’t even sell any shares. I’m guessing salary is wiping away the tears shed sub .002 sustaining on little to no market for the stock. Looking at the financials, I’m guessing the CEO is paying himself just enough and WELL to post a net gain but not too much resulting in a significant loss. Public company kinda run like a private one. Lol
