I will drill this down soon and report back. Of course Hyvia will be run as a separate entity but I don’t believe it will pay dividends to Plug shareholders. If and when there is extra revenue that is not needed for CAPEX it will revert to Plug as 50-50 revenue income. I’ll let you know what i find.
