Update on Texas shooter: He shot his grandmother in the face; she is alive. His mother claims that she and her son did not have a toxic relationship. She said he was a loner who spent a lot of time in his room.
An 18-year-old male should never be allowed to purchase the weapon he used. Their brains aren't fully developed, and don't give me the baloney that if they can serve in the military, they should be allowed to buy that weapon. If they want to shoot such weapons, they should join the military.
